As we know That Indian Govt blocked some sites like adf.ly etc.. and dome of thee people facing the limitation problem means in some organisations they use a secure internet connection. They use some special hardware to control the Flow of data like in colleges WiFi,organisations. they blocked some sites.. like Facebook,twitter etc. but i found a way to bypass that all .. i know that some sites are available that are bypass the adf.ly links and trey provide you the direct code but if i am a publisher then i need to convert some links to adf.ly links .. so i need to open the main site .. it is not possible in India so i think to make a tutorial to help peoples...
